McGovern International offers thirty years of experience in airfreight, ocean freight, domestic freight and any of your documentation needs. Below is just a summary of all the services we offer. We offer many more including but not limited to the following: Warehousing, Crating of any type of cargo or container, Inside the U.S.A. barge moves, Letter of Credit preperation and completion with full compliance between the Buyer and Seller, International trucking, International rail moves, Fumigation, Heat treatment of wood and pressure washing per the country of Import's regulation. We also handle International customs clearance and all of the above through our vast network of international agents and domestic vendors we have been doing business with for over 15 years.

McGovern International is a fully FMC licensed Freight forwarder and NVOCC or Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier so we handle all types of ocean cargo.  Also, for ocean freight we offer the below services:

• Door to Port Service

• Letter of Credit and Legalization Services

• All documentation services that are needed per any shipment.

• Marine Insurance if you want or require it.

• McGovern International has secured set rates for containerized cargo with our contract rates with the NAAA Alliance which takes 35-60% of the cost as if you were to get a rate from the carrier direct.

• Set LCL rates with all the NVOCC carriers from the vast amount of cargo we ship and the 30 years of friendships McGovern International has formed with the carriers.

• Set rates for Breakbulk/Project cargo with the vast amount of it we ship and the 30 years of friendships McGovern International has formed with the carriers.
